Located adjacent to Lonsdale Quay and above the Seabus terminal in North Vancouver, the North Shore Stress and Anxiety Clinic is right on the North Vancouver waterfront, with spectacular views of the Vancouver skyline and Burrard Inlet.  The offices are easily accessible by transit, car, or Seabus from anywhere in the Lower Mainland.

By Seabus:
If you arrive by Seabus, head east (right) immediately after exiting the Seabus terminal, walk approximately 20 meters and you will see the glass atrium entrance to our building.  We are on the third floor.

By Automobile:
Chadwick Court is the walkway between the Lonsdale Quay Market and the Seabus terminal; it is not a road with access by vehicle.  Therefore, if you are driving, it is easiest to park in the parkade under the Lonsdale Quay Market, where you can get two hours of free parking.  Additional parking is also available in the surrounding neighbourhood.   From the Market, walk outside towards the waterfront and fountain.  Turn right at the fountain and you will see a four-storey building on your left.  Enter the building through the glass doors on the main floor and take the elevator to the third floor.
